The hotel is a hidden gem really, it explains why they call it "boutique" for this room rate you get 5 star welcoming and treatment it is really something extraordinary I wish to mention one of the staff to highlight him/her but they did not give me a chance to do so because they were all amazing, the room so clean also space and furniture is not something you would expect to see when you book for such a price it is really great! Location of the hotel could not be better 5 minutes away from one of the busiest malls in town and electric scooters are every were to rent and head to many international food destinations just 5 minutes away on scooter... next door there are a couple of above average local lounges that can be visited and above all it is 20 minutes from the airport and 20 minutes from the Business district!

The new Granada Metro station is across the street. This was our first stay at Iris boutique hotel and to be honest we only had 6 hours before we had to go back to the airport.We appreciated the front desk was ready to help us at 1:30 in the morning. It was comfortable and on a quiet street (until construction nearby resumed in the morning). We plan to stay here in the future to take advantage of the metro from the Riyadh airport. The journey is scheduled to be 30-35 minutes from station to station.

I particularly enjoyed the comfy bed and the quiet atmosphere. The hotel's location was also very convenient, close to Hilton Convention Center and Riyadh International Convention and Exhibition Center. Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely recommend Iris Boutique Granada to anyone visiting Riyadh.

Very clean, hygiene, organised. Great service from the staff, particularly Rimon was kind and helpful. I have never experienced such a organised room, everything was in right place, whatever I used to mis in other hotels, I got it here. For example a comb, mouthwash, glasses were wrapped in plastic. Fully equipped room: shampoo, conditioner, body wash, body lotion, tooth brush and paste, tea, coffee, coffee mate, iron machine and many more. Will definitely visit again.

The breakfast is delicious with a variety of options, and the rooms are spotlessly clean and comfortable.
